'It's not just who you know but who knows you and what do you know that will help them help you'

One of the ways to being more valuable at work is to begin with assembly and forming your values around the word of God.
Once you have those internal value system in place and a intrinsic vision coupled with a desire to learn and willingness to cooperate and collaborate in working as a team as a servant and steward then the sky's the limit.

Pro 22:29 NKJV - Do you see a man [who] excels in his work? He will stand before kings; He will not stand before unknown [men].
Pro 18:16 NKJV - A man's gift makes room for him, And brings him before great men.
Lev 26:8 NKJV - Five of you shall chase a hundred, and a hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight; your enemies shall fall by the sword before you.
Gen 39:3 NKJV - And his master saw that the LORD was with him and that the LORD made all he did to prosper in his hand.
