• Gene was given the opprtunity to switch side ......... There are time when Leaders have to relocate to another area or team to create change and demonstrate 'Transformational Leadership' (The book 'Leading Change'is on sale in my Leadership Resource site in the 'General Leadership' on the sidebar)

• Nely and Carol was given the task to meet with the Kodak executives and relay the message to Gene and in my opinion Nely missed the message and they based their whole campaign from a faulty message....... Leaders must develop leaders who can receive and relay messages properly because when this task is not done properly the messenger creates a 'Mess' instead of the relaying the message and causes the leader and team to build 'Crooked'

• Team 'Hydra' had to deal with a disaster when the coffee spilled on their laptop that had the projects artwork and then they went to Kinkos and made lower quality but right message banners......All leaders deal with 'disasters' but leaders have to rename the 'disaster' to 'setback or challenge' and demonstrate flexibility as well as fluidity also leaders at times can't get addicted to the excellence at the risk of ignoring execution

• Teal Hydra once again used their resources when Stephen Baldwin called his brother Alec to help out.....Great leaders know how to leverage their relationships in order to secure the win. As leaders we must learn the power of the Rolodex or should I say Outlook or should I say Blackberry...remember this (and where you heard it) 'Collections are determined by Connections'

• Gene was so in love with his its a 'Kodak world' campaign that he lost sight of the goals......Leaders must understand campaigns, strategies, slogans and signs are a means to the end, we have to be careful that we don't love the tools more than the proper completion of the projects
