Apprentice Celebrity Recap from a leaders perspective
Hey everybody I just finished watching the Apprentice Celebrity edition and it was pretty cool.

Here are some of my highlights, reflection and leadership lessons from the show:
Here are some of my highlights, reflection and leadership lessons from the show:
- The Men picked a cool name(Hydra) that had significance in the description of their team...remember names matter thats was Adams first job was to name everything....naming has power so when you face a problem you can name it an obstacle or you can name an opportunity
- Nely Galan came prepared with costumes and hats even though she was ignored I give her 'E' for effort....Prayer, preparation and perspiration is a great formula fo significance (Go ahead preacher you can use that one LOL)
- Omorasa put herself out there as they person to be reckon with...even though she is not my favorite contestant she leveraged herself in a way that I know the producers want to keep her on as long as possible ....we have to learn to stand up and stand out for what we believe in especially in the area of our faith
- Gene Simmons raise everyone's mentality about 'Up selling'...we must learn that our mentality often determine our reality
- Stephen Baldwin (fellow Christian that I'm rooting for) didn't sulk when Gene's contact didn't immediately come thru (even though it did) he continue to sell and implement their backup strategy...in war there is a saying called 'friction' which means all your plans will face opposition and inertia that will try to slow you down but we must remain fluid and moving in the direction of our vision and that was also a lesson in patience because eventually they(Simmon's contact) came thru
- I like when Trumps was in the boardroom with Omorasa, Carol Alt and Tiffany Fallon he described Ms. Alt and Omorasa as 'killers' and that he felt Tiffany was not suited for the competition....Good leaders must have a 'killer instinct' in Wall Street that was an description that was used all the time, even Christian need a 'Killer Instinct' without losing our testimony or being rude we must remember that 'the violent take it by force..'
- Tiffany Fallon was corrected for saving her resources for a later day...well there wasn't going to be anymore later days...Leaders know tomorrow is not promised we must 'work while it is day'
That's all for this week got to go Watch the 'Orange Bowl' now...Shout out to my Hokie homeboy Matt Shenk check out his website he has a great ministry http://theshenks.org/
Remember Jesus
Came to our place (earth)
He took our place (on the cross)
He want us to live as example in our place (salvation, sanctification and purpose driven life)
So we can live in his place (heaven)
Peace
