Pastor Ed's Double Dip Ninja kick Chicken Recipe

Here is my recipe for my
Almost famous Pastor Ed's Double dip ninja kick chicken
Note: this recipe is a version of a version of a version I once read...sorry for the lack of details I cook by feel not by grams and tablespoons and its a lil spicy

1) First buy some packs of quality chicken cutlets from your supermarket or butcher
2) then wash your hands
3) then clean the chicken (your gonna have to wash your hands often when dealing w/ raw chicken)
4) then pat chicken dry
5) then pour some buttermilk into a container and put some splashed of hot sauce in it and a lil bit of water
6) put the chicken in the buttermilk container for an hour or two or whatever
7) get some casserole dishes one with flour and cayenne pepper(just a teaspoon or two)
the other dish w/ bread crumb or seasoned flour
8) put the chicken in the flour w/ cayenne pepper coat both sides
9) and then dip the chicken back in the buttermilk
10) and then into the bread crumb or seasoned flour and let the chicken rest there until the oils is hot
11) put some peanut oil or vegetable oil in a pan and let the pan get hot
12) place the chicken in the pan (be careful)
13) then fry for 5-7 minutes for each side plus one more (side 'A') for like 3-4 minutes
14) then remove chicken and place the chicken in a plate covered with good paper towels (not the 99 cent store kind) then cover the chicken w/ some paper towels and let it rest for 5-7 minutes (the chicken is tired and this process helps from the skin peeling off)
15) then serve with some fried rice or spanish rice that you put in a pot so people think you cooked it
and bam ...you got yourself a good meal for some fellowship

This meal is best served after a Victory Outreach North Brooklyn Sunday morning Service held at the Williamsburg Community Center at 195 Graham Ave (at the corner of Scholes St) every Sunday @ 10:56am
maybe one day I will give you the famous Big Ed burger recipe
Be on the look out for the Victory Outreach North Brooklyn Cookbook Coming this fall!
